Plant Start Sale List

This plant start list is a rough guide.  As the plant start sale progresses, some items may become unavailable.  Also, we always have varieties that are not listed on this page.  If you’re looking for something, just let us know!

You can order plants two different ways:

  1.  In our online shop, just select however many “singles,” “4-packs” or “6-packs” you want (and note the option to purchase a full flat at a discount), then use this page as a guide to let us know exactly what varieties you want (email:  info@lakesuperiorfarms.com; phone:  906-360-8710.  If you just want to let us know what types of veggies you want and have us choose the specific varieties for you, that works, too.
  2. You can also put in your plant order by just emailing or calling us.

Our plant starts come in packs of 6 (good if buying at least 6 peppers, tomatoes, eggplant, etc.), packs of 4 (smallest size for plants like broccoli, cucumbers, etc.), and in singles (largest size for things like peppers, tomatoes, squash, etc.).  An entire flat has 6 packs of 6, or 18 single plants.  Get discount off a full flat ($18/flat for 6-packs and $23/flat for singles or 4-packs).  Anything we have in a pack of 6 can be separated out into a single if you only want 1 of that variety.  We will update the list, below, when varieties sell out.

We have plant starts for the following:  Tomatoes; Peppers; Winter Squashes; Summer Squashes; Zucchini; Cucumbers; Herbs (Parsley, Cilantro, Thyme, Marjoram, Sage, Dill, Mint, Chives); Broccoli; Cabbage; Brussels Sprouts; Cauliflower; Kale; Collards; Lettuce; Celery; Eggplant; Chard; Napa; Pac Choi; Beans; Peas; Strawberries; Tomatillos; and more.  Just send us a message with what you are looking for!
